Do I have low endurance? - side effects of slim burst

Something that I have been struck, lately, that I am not able to function for a long time, or I can do it in short bouts. I found that running, for example, you start to go, then again, I am suddenly overwhelmed by the feeling that I am going to throw my lunch! The same happens after running about half a mile. Another example is the back side of the pool to the other side (not far at all!). I think the reason is that the extremely low resistance. I have a thin, however, have been weightlifting and, unfortunately, seems little room for improvement in my situation have done.

Is it a low resistance results?
If so, what can I change?

  1. You can start at breakfast every morning at breakfast and good food. You can also go in the morning, outside of all days ... not themselves, because the pressure is wrong with you, so you hang on foot in a sports shop for some time, maybe 30 minutes or less, if desired. It is always good for your health. There are several things you can do. =)
